1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Ross-on-Wye is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and regulations. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. A valid prescription must be in place before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our prescribers act independently and in the best interests of patient safety at all times.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless required by law.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at the point of purchase will be honoured for that transaction.

We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for the product type.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons.

If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a refund for the medication cost will be processed. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.

Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or NHS care. Information provided on our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.

Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. Our clinical team will discuss these with you during your consultation, but it remains your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets provided with your medication.

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
